At Hansø Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new home decor or furniture doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
